Caminar en un bosque en medio de una ciudad tan grande y poblada como la ciudad de México: ¡Es toda una experiencia! Es increíble encontrar un remanso de paz tan agradable y relajante. Experimentar las cosas simples de la vida: Escuchar los trinos de las aves, verlas caminar, admirar sus despegues y aterrizajes, deleitarse con sus ritos románticos, el sonido del viento, la fragancia de las flores, el vaivén de los arboles,la curiosidad y agilidad de las ardillas, la frescura de las fuentes, los rayos del sol entremezclados entre el follaje de los árboles, étc, étc.
Me da mucho gusto poder compartir con ustedes unos minutos de esta experiencia, plasmada en el siguiente video:

Experience the simplest things of life: Listen to chirping birds, watch them walk, admire their takeoffs and landings, enjoy romantic rites, the sound of the wind, the scent of flowers, the swaying of trees, curiosity and agility of squirrels, the freshness of the sources, the sun’s rays interspersed among the foliage of trees, etc., etc..
